The hotel offered two complementary facts that made our stay even better. The staff spoke excellent English and were super helpful and professional. We also got an early check-in which was really helpful and accommodating. The hotel location was also perfect, a short and pretty walk away from the city centre. One more advantage we enjoyed was the rooftop bar, which was a nice place to enjoy a reasonably priced drink after a day of sightseeing.
Whilst the rooms were large and well equipped, we had some trouble getting the TV to work properly and ultimately had to seek help from the staff. Breakfast not being included for the price paid was also a downside and a bit of a letdown.

The hotel had a great location, close to the metro and within walking distance to the city center. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that there was a spa on-site where we could relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring the city.
Our room had some maintenance issues that could have been handled better. the AC was struggling to keep up with the heat and there were a few stains on the carpet.
